Meet the Business Partner: Adam Eady from RSM Australia

AlburyCBD: Adam, tell us a little about yourself. What’s something people might not know?

Adam: I’m a Partner at RSM Australia here in Albury, where I lead our agribusiness services and oversee People & Culture initiatives. What you might not know is that I’m just as passionate about supporting farming families and regional businesses as I am about enjoying the Albury lifestyle with my own family. It’s a great place to call home.

AlburyCBD: Tell us about RSM Australia. What’s your why, and what do you love about your business?

Adam: RSM is one of Australia’s leading accounting and advisory firms, but what makes us unique here in Albury is our local focus. We’re part of a national network, but our real passion is helping local businesses and individuals achieve their goals. Whether it’s growth, succession planning, or overcoming challenges, we’re here to support the journey. For me, it’s all about building long-term relationships and seeing the positive impact we can make in people’s lives and in our community.

AlburyCBD: What’s a challenge you’ve had to overcome in business?

Adam: One of the biggest challenges has been keeping up with rapid changes (whether that’s technology, compliance, or shifts in the market) while making sure our clients stay ahead of the curve. We’ve tackled that by staying agile and investing in innovation, so the advice we give is always practical and future-focused.

AlburyCBD: What would you be doing if you weren’t in this role?

Adam: That’s a great question and honestly, I’m not entirely sure what I’d be doing if I wasn’t in this role. What I do know is that it would definitely be in business, maybe running my own venture or taking on another leadership role. I’ve put a lot of time into building my skills, and I’d want to keep using them to help people succeed, because that’s what really drives me.
