Five things to do in AlburyCBD these July school holidays

The New South Wales and Victorian July school holidays are here, and if you’re wondering how to keep the kids occupied, we’ve rounded up five things to do in AlburyCBD.

Flourish Creative Studio – kids creative workshops

Flourish Creative Studio is a workshop and creative space in the Volt Lane precinct, offering an inviting and relaxing place to explore your creative side and learn new skills along the way.

Owner Deanna Fletcher created Flourish Creative Studio to follow her passion for making beautiful things and teaching others who are keen to learn.

During the July school holidays, Flourish is holding several workshops for kids, including macrame, weaving wildflowers, wall hangings, and flower making. The workshops are designed to create a project from start to finish in one session at the studio.

You can find the full timetable and book online through the Flourish Creative Studios website.

Albury Library Museum – educational workshops and programs

There’s always something exciting happening at Albury Library Museum, and that’s no different this July school holidays.

With a focus on education, creativity, and fun, these programs aim to make the holidays memorable and enriching for young minds. From Lego play sessions and indigenous storytelling to arts and crafts workshops and a fun family science night, there’s something to cater to every child’s interests and passions.

The library’s holiday programs provide a wonderful opportunity for children to explore new subjects, develop their skills, and foster a love for learning in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Head to the Albury Library Museum website for the full program on the AlburyCity Council website.
