Meet the Operations Manager: Jayden Roberts from Sundancer Homes

Jayden’s approach to building is about bringing intention and integrity to every stage of construction. With a passion for quality and teamwork, Jayden leads Sundancer Homes in reflecting the values of their clients and the strength of the local community.

AlburyCBD: Tell us a little about yourself. What’s something about you people might not know?

Jayden: I’m Jayden, Operations Manager here at Sundancer Homes. I’ve always been drawn to building—not just structures, but creating something with lasting quality and intent behind it. I’m naturally detail-focused and take a lot of pride in doing things properly. Something people might not know is how much I value the process behind the scenes—refining, problem-solving, and continually pushing for better outcomes at every stage.

AlburyCBD: Tell us about the business. What’s your why, and what do you love about running the business?

Jayden: Sundancer Homes was built on a clear idea: to deliver homes that feel considered, well-crafted, and enduring. Our “why” is about setting a higher standard—creating homes that not only look exceptional but are built with integrity and backed by a lifetime structural guarantee. What I value most is how our team works together to bring each home to life—from design concept to completion—with purpose and care. There’s a real sense of satisfaction in handing over a finished home that reflects both quality and care for clients to enjoy for a lifetime.

AlburyCBD: What’s a challenge you’ve had to overcome in business?

Jayden: One of the ongoing challenges in the building industry is balancing precision with pace. There are constant moving parts, but maintaining a high standard requires discipline, consistency, and a commitment to doing things the right way—every time.

AlburyCBD: What would you be doing if you weren’t in this role?

Jayden: I’d still be involved in something that centres around creating and building. I’m driven by progress and quality outcomes, so it would naturally be a path where I could apply that same focus and attention to detail.

AlburyCBD: What do you love about being in the Albury CBD?

Jayden: Albury offers a strong sense of community with a growing appreciation for quality and design. Being connected to the CBD keeps us close to that energy—it’s a place where relationships matter, and where well-executed work is recognised and valued.
